    You describe the requirement. We develop a controlled configuration, manufacture it, and produce reorders to the approved revision.

    • Configuration development

      Requirements become a configuration with its own ID, revision history, and documentation. The configuration is a deliverable in its own right, priced apart from production units.

    • Manufactured units

      Finished products made with advanced additive manufacturing, without dedicated tooling, and shipped to you.

    • Controlled reorders

      Reorders are produced to the approved design revision. Changes create a new revision instead of a silent edit.

    Your team brings the workflow, the clinical or operational context, and the people who will use the result. We bring product design, parametric models, configuration software, and manufacturing.

      We identify an operational problem together and develop a physical solution to it, against milestones agreed up front.

      Ownership of jointly developed work, and any later manufacturing or commercial rights, is set by contract for each project.

    Want to bring production in-house? Falken can discuss license terms, manufacturing transfer, and lab development as your needs evolve.

    • Internal manufacturing

      We can discuss defined rights to manufacture an approved configuration in-house, while Falken still maintains the configuration and its revisions.

    • Lab development

      For organizations that want their own additive manufacturing capability, we can discuss how to plan it: equipment strategy, intake workflow, controlled process settings, inspection, staff education, governance, and a gradual handover.

Falken Configuration Platform

The software that manages configurations: requirements in, controlled revisions out. Products like BehrBox expose it to customers as a configurator, while the platform underneath stays the same for every product.

It keeps saved configurations, revision history, review and approval, quote requests, and manufacturing status in one system of record. Health-system deployments add single sign-on, role-based approval, and audit history.

  • No forced lock-in.We structure engagements so you can take on more of the work over time. Any rights you receive are set out in a written agreement.
  • Your information stays yours.Facility details and requirements stay confidential. We don't share one customer's information with another.
  • Our core stays ours.Falken keeps its software, parametric engine, and general design and process rules unless a contract says otherwise.
  • No patient information.We never ask for it, and our tools aren't built to receive it.
